What happens if I'm unable to attend after I have registered? Due to the negotiated group rate, all payments are nonrefundable and non transferable to another trip per our terms and conditions. However trip insurance is an option and is highly recommended.

What if my roommate doesn't pay? You may request a replacement roommate via our roommate matching service. If we are unable to provide a replacement roommate, you will be required to pay the single rate for your room.
How many guests to a room? Rooms will accommodate 1 or 2 people. If you need a roommate be sure to request roommate matching during registration. If you are booking a double space without a roommate you will be paired with a roommate or your booking will be canceled.
What are the options for flights? Suggested flight details will be provided to registered participants. Plan to depart the US on July 23, 2025 to arrive in Sydney on July 25 and depart from Melbourne on August 3, 2025.
What is the expected weather? It will be winter in Australia, with cooler temps in the 60's for the southern part of the trip, and in the low 80's for the visit to the north.
What are the passport details? You will need a passport that does not expire before FEBRUARY 2026 with at least one blank page.
Will I need a visa? Yes. We will assist you with obtaining your visa. The fee for a visa is at time of this notice, $20.
Will I need vaccinations? None are required. Consult your physician for your personal needs.
What should I pack to wear? A suggested packing list will be provided to registered participants.
Are men and children welcome? Pets? Men yes, children age 13 and up. Pets - no ma'am. Never.
What if I miss my payment date? Payments not made as per payment agreement will result in cancellation of your registration and loss of all payments made. Please make every effort to make payments as agreed upon at registration to avoid loss of funds.
Can you hold a spot for me? Only your deposit and timely payments will guarantee your space. SPACE IS LIMITED. I suggest NOT waiting for someone else before you register if you want to attend. Roommate matching is available.
Can I reach out to the other attendees? Absolutely! You will receive an invitation to join our private Facebook group approximately a month before our trip.
What if I'd like to purchase additional travel? It is recommended that you book your own
additional travel for lowest prices. But if you prefer to have an agent book for you for a small fee, visit Fly Life Travel to request assistance with booking all additional travel.
When do I need to purchase trip or travel insurance? We recommend protecting your investment immediately. For preexisting conditions, you'll need to purchase shortly after registration for the trip - within a week in many cases, and within 21 days of booking for Cancel For Any Reason coverage (CFAR). You may search Google for options or visit our affiliate link as listed above.
