Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I'm unable to attend after I have registered? Due to the negotiated group rate, all payments are nonrefundable and non transferable to another trip. However trip insurance is a highly recommending option.
What if my roommate doesn't pay? You may request a replacement roommate via our roommate matching service. If we are unable to provide a replacement roommate you will be required to pay the single rate for your room.
How many guests to a room? Rooms will accommodate 1 or 2 people. If you need a roommate be sure to request roommate matching during registration.
What is double occupancy? Double occupancy means the price listed is per person (pp) in a room for two. Single occupancy means only one person will be staying in the room.
May we book our own flights? Yes. Be sure to make arrangements for transfers between the cruise port and Athens airport.
Will I need a visa? No, not if you are a US citizen.
Will I need vaccinations? Visit the CDC's website for up to date information on vaccinations.
Are men and children welcome? Pets? This experience is for women only, and children age 16 and up. Pets - no ma'am. Never.
What if I miss my payment date? Payments not made as per payment agreement will risk cancellation of your registration and loss of all payments made. Please make every effort to make payments as agreed upon at registration to avoid loss of funds.
Can you hold a spot for me? Only your deposit and timely payments will guarantee your space. SPACE IS LIMITED. It is recommended that you NOT wait for someone else before you register if you are serious about registering. Roommate matching is available.
Can I reach out to the other attendees? Absolutely! You will receive an invitation to join our private Facebook group approximately a month before our trip.
When do I need to purchase trip or travel insurance? Be sure to purchase within 21 days of your registration in order to receive Cancel For Any Reason coverage, or coverage for a preexisting condition.
